HORRIBLE!!!! I need to speak to someone regarding my order and a return / exchange....you cannot. And they are to responding to my email. I spent over $2,000. I need to know hat is going on. NOT ALL THING CAN BE HANDLED OR SORTED OUT VIA EMAIL. Do we really need more stress during this difficult times?
I AM OUTRAGED THIS IS HOW PEOPLE CONDUCT THEIR BUSINESS. I buy tons of my pieces online. One Kings Lane, Anthropologie, Kathy Kuo, Restoration Hardware I could go on and on...all have great customer service when you call. This company does not deserve to be in business.

OMG... I so wish I had read the reviews before placing an order. While I want to give L&G the benefit of the doubt, given the difficulties placed on businesses (sourcing, etc) during COVID, I am also acutely aware of the challenges (my husband runs an apparel company) and the overwhelming need for customer service to be at its best—especially during these times! There are apt to be delays, etc. but without ANY communication, response, or update on orders, it's very frustrating. (And, yes, agree with a previous reviewer... "bump customers to end of list if they inquire more than once"!!!!!). I purchased a side table at the beginning of December and emailed within an hour to inquire about the 10% discount for signing up with email... since it wasn't reflected on my invoice... and heard nothing. I let it go. The table was slated to deliver sometime in January so I reached out the third week in January, having heard nothing about shipping. I left a voicemail. Nothing. Then I sent an email a few days later. Nothing. I waited the 7-10 days L&G states it takes to respond (not wanting to reach out again any sooner for fear of being "bumped to the end of their response list"). Still nothing. So, I sent another email. Nothing. If you take an order, confirm its receipt, and provide tentative delivery... then you should follow up with your customers. And, if you send a blanket email stating you received an inquiry and will respond withing 7-10 days, then you should respond. Simple!! I am hoping that I "might" hear from them this week, maybe????? Should I try to cancel? You can't even do that. This seems like a simple thing to fix. Customer service is paramount to the success of any business! Love L&G's offerings but if you never receive them or reach a human when you have an inquiry, what's the use in ordering???

Design services amazing (and free!) and gorgeous products

I have ordered many things from L&G - all beautiful and unique. I would highly suggest making a free design consultation. My designer (Bridgette) was incredible, sweet and knowledgeable. She was also like a concierge helping with my order, advice on the upcoming sale, etc. Highly recommend!

Elegant table decorations

Got the ventura table decoration set for my best friend for her wedding as a gift. Here is hoping that she would love the gift as much as I did. Knowing her, I knew she will like and that is why I purchased it. It looked extremely beautiful!

Never Buy From Lulu & Georgia

I would like to provide a review for my new couch, however, I have no idea when it will arrive. I purchased the couch in Mid-Oct specifically due to a first week of November delivery date. I wanted the couch prior to Thanksgiving. Once purchased, I received no updates on purchase, delivery timeframes, etc.
In December, I tried reaching out to Lulu&Georgia, which is nearly impossible due to their lack of customer support. Once I was able to find an email address, I was notified it would take a least 7 business days to respond to my email inquiry. It took longer and the response I received in regards to my delayed order was that I could cancel for a $250 refund. Sooo, L&G would keep $2,500 of my purchase price for a couch that was never delivered, and was way beyond the agreed upon delivery date. I didn't cancel.
It's now near the end of January and I still do not have a delivery date. The only thing I have related to my purchase is a "processing" messaging when I look up the order number.
Do not buy from Lulu&Georgia or you'll highly regret it. This is without a doubt, the worst company I've ever purchased furniture from. I've tried posting reviews on their site, but they clearly block negative reviews.If you don't trust me, check out their profile on the Better Business Bureau and you can read the extensive list of bad reviews related to this profoundly poor company.

If I could give them zero Stars I would they have an F rating with the Better Business Bureau their customer service department is non-existent they will not return voicemails nor emails and they will never pick up the phone as cute as the merchandise is I strongly suggest you shop elsewhere and save yourself the aggravation

I wish I read these before I ordered

I wish I read these before I ordered. Will NEVER EVER order from the again. Like everyone said below - absolute no accountability and NO customer service. You call and get directed to an automatic recording which indicates no one is picking up. I was sent a light fixture with a missing piece rendering the sconce unusable. I sent one email asking for info on what to do, waited the 10 days and received nothing. I then sent another email - NOTHING. Now I'm trying to return it and I am waiting for more info on how to return - ANOTHER automated issue. All this in addition to the fact that I ordered 2 rugs in the same order (one is on backorder, I'll give them) almost 4 weeks ago and the rug that isn't on backorder has no indication that it will ship any time soon. ALL THIS and they had the audacity to charge my credit card 4K as soon as I placed the order - how about charge when you ship?!?! Especially if you're a company who can't get it together and ship on time OR respond to your customers. Shameful.

Order placed over a month ago, shopping w them is basically just setting money on fire.

Order placed over a month ago, said 18 days to ship, still nothing shipped, no response from customer service, no phone number. Stay away until they figure out how to follow their own policies.

Fast delivery

My deliveries came right on the time that was stated by them in the invoice! I was skeptical cuz I spent a couple of thousand dollars at this place and I wasn't sure if I'll get my products on time but they did. I spoke to some one from the place as well and they assured me that I will get the products on time. So happy with them!

Non existent customer service

Non existent customer service. Never receive email responses to basic inquiries and there's no ability to speak to someone over the phone. Please take your business elsewhere.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE BEWARE

I have been trying to contact their customer service for some time about changing an order on a preorder that hasn’t shipped! On something I’ve been waiting to come back in stock for over 6 months! If I do not hear from them I will contact my credit card and refuse shipment, the lack or customer service is ridiculous in this day and age. I spent thousands of dollars with a company who doesn’t have time to even respond to emails! Never again!

Absolutely horrible customer service

Absolutely horrible customer service! I ordered an item but was sent the wrong color in error. I emailed customer service and was advised that I might not hear back for 7 business days & that contacting them again would result in my being placed at the back fo the line (am I in kindergarten??). It is clear that customer relations that rely on threats rather than service is a bad sign. It has now been over two weeks since I contacted customer service and I have not heard back. I am planning to cancel my order for a larger item that is backordered. I could have easily become a very regular customer, ordering thousands of dollars of merchandise but nothing is worth this kind of aggravating, nonresponsive service. Stay Away!
